Warm Thoughts

Good morning, everyone! Terri here to welcome you to our next exciting challenge. Since we are in the middle of winter I decided we need to think "Warm Thoughts". The focus of your project can be anything that keeps you warm during the cold winter months whether you are inside or out. Some ideas to get you started: blanket, hot beverage, sweater, socks, etc.

Something Old, Something New

Welcome back to the Sisterhood!! Lisa B. here with you today to kick off not only a new year but a new challenge here at the Sisterhood of Crafters. I hope you all had a wonderful holiday season with your friends and family.  I want to wish each and everyone of you a very HAPPY, HEALTHY AND SAFE 2016!

Since we are starting off the new year I thought it would be fun to have a "Something Old, Something New" themed challenge.  This is a chance to break out any new crafty gifts and supplies you may have gotten as well as a chance to dig deep in your craft room and unearth some supplies you haven't used in a while.  

So for this challenge we are asking you to use something old as well as something new.  Please note in your post which items are old and which items are new. As you can see, the Design Team listed which items were old and which were new.  You can go to their blog for further info.

 We would love to hear any stories behind any of the items you used!

For this challenge I created two projects.  One of my new crafting tools I just got was the MISTI.  I couldn't wait to try it out. I used it on both of my projects.  I will have all the info on my blog about each card I crafted.
