The 'Sistahs' here at The Sisterhood of Crafters have decided they'd like to adopt TWO lucky crafters to become our STEP SISTERS.  That's right!  You can join the rest of the Sisters for a 2 month stretch of challenges here at the Sisterhood.  That would be 4 challenges (2 per month) and if we have any sponsors along the way, you would also be entitled to any images they are offering the team!  We also have a really cool badge for you to display on your blog!

Black, White and One Accent Color

Hi Friends,  

Welcome to a new challenge here in The Sisterhood!  We hope you had a wonderful 4th of July holiday and you guys really blew us away with your creations.  Definitely put me in the patriotic mood!  
Micki here and it's my turn to host.  I don't know about you, but whenever I am lacking in creative mojo, one sure fire way for me get it back is to go to my basic, classic style.  
And that is to use 

Black, White and One Accent Color.  

You can not go wrong and no matter what, the end result is always a timeless classic.  Not only is this color combination a timeless classic,  it's so versatile.  Depending on the accent color, it can be feminine or masculine.  A general Thinking of You, a Birthday or Get Well card.  And it's absolutely perfect as a Wedding or Anniversary card.
So come play along with us and show us what you can create using only Black, White and One Accent Color.  It can be a card, a mixed media project, 3D,  anything as long as you stay within the theme of using only Black, White and one accent color and follow our general rules (see below).
